Dictators aren't what they used to be

Sigh. It seriously saddens me.

Like most people with some interest in the MENA region, I've been watching the Tunisian and Egyptian events.

As elated as I am, I feel slightly nostalgic for the days when dictators were real men. You know, the days when they'd slaughter several thousand people to keep their power.

Nowadays, we just have people like la vache qui rit.
